The rules of the road.

By accessing or using Mesparo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Mesparo provides tools to upload long-form video, generate short clips, schedule and publish content to connected social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X), and produce AI-generated videos, avatars, and voice content.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you connect a third-party social account, you authorize Mesparo to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You remain bound by the terms of each third-party platform. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the policies or behavior of those platforms.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Mesparo a limited license to store, process, transcode, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Upload or distribute infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Circumvent any platform's rate limits, security, or moderation systems.
• Generate or distribute deceptive synthetic media that could cause harm.

The Service includes generative features (voice cloning, AI avatars, AI video). You are solely responsible for the content you generate and for obtaining any consents required from individuals whose likeness or voice is used.

Some features require credits or a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and refund eligibility are described at checkout and may change with notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by requesting deletion at /account/data-deletion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MESPARO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
